Studio Oeding
International award-winning designer Katrin Oeding’s design studio, which opened in 2011, has given a deep insight into her personality and work philosophy. A place that looks like a garage and works like one. Everyone has the opportunity to try things out and can use their hands to create something new.

Studio Istland has created a place that shows Katrin Oeding’s personal passion for garages. The international center of creativity is located in a former spice warehouse in Hamburg’s Speicherstadt district. She has loved motorcycles since she was born and has learned creativity with her hands.

The loft concept has various zones in which modular systems set no limits to creativity. Whether graphic design workstation, wood and metalworking, conference, library or photo studio, this space can do it all. It is dominated by the materials wood and metal and the colors black, white and brown.

What remains is the feeling that there are no limits in this room and really anything is possible.
